The Cellar of Secrets

La Cave Ô Secrets is a wine-tasting cellar, where you can listen to the stories of artisan winemakers, passionate about their vineyards and happy to share their experiences. The wines selected by Nathalie Etevenard come from the most illustrious appellations, but also from terroirs close to our Franco-Swiss cradle, between the Alps and the Jura. In this sense, the emphasis is on short circuits. At the wine bar, you can taste a selection of wines from the boutique. Biodynamic, regional wines, Brut nature, AB Champagne, natural sparkling wine, craft beer... Wines are available by the glass or bottle. A "pedagogical passport" opens the taste buds to rare or unusual grape varieties, often little-known. Constantly renewed, the themes are sure to satisfy the most curious, who wonder about regional roots and know-how, and wish to get away from the standardization of tastes.
