Kundalini yoga classes
Summer is a good time to discover or rediscover new activities. And then we also need, from time to time, to reconnect with our bodies, to get back into shape a little.
Reconnecting with yourself is beneficial when the holiday atmosphere tends to encourage outward expression and socializing. It's all about balance! Session confirmed with a minimum of 4 participants. Registration required by phone or email.
