Through movement (κίνηση - Kinêsis - in Greek), we suggest you give priority to your body as a whole in a caring environment: taking care of yourself has never been so important! Our certified freelance trainers will teach you how to (re)discover physical and mental well-being, so that you can relieve aches and pains, regain control of your body, improve your daily life or grow personally. In a cocooning spirit, our 3 rooms offer access to a range of specialties: kinesiology, reflexology, hypnosis, naturopathy, pilates, yoga, magnetism, massages, coaching... By appointment only.
