Balcony, beautiful south-facing terrace accessible from the living room with garden furniture, parasol, and plancha. Garden, vegetable patch, and garden sheds (ski or bicycle storage). Town of La Roche-Sur-Foron 2.5km (5 minutes by car): all shops, Tourist Office. Annecy and its lake 35km (30 minutes by car), Chamonix 50 minutes. Yvoire, medieval city, Leman Lake at 50 minutes. For skiing: Grand-Bornand and La Clusaz ski resort at 25km away (around 30 minutes). Many hikes to practice in the area of Sous Dine mountain or Plateau des Glieres. From St-Sixt hiking trails are also marked for medium mountain hikes. Orange-Montisel site 5km away: leisure center with summer tobogganing, mini karts, inflatable games and various activities.
