10:00 am: Guided tour of the Les Prom'nades Gourmandes jam factory. Beautiful fresh regional fruit, a little sugar and an old-fashioned technique just like our grandmothers used to make, in a completely artisanal way. All concocted with a lot of love: that's how Prom'nades Gourmandes jams, compotes and coulis have been defined for over 13 years. Come and discover how we make them on our premises! Enjoy a tour of the artisanal jam factory, followed by an introduction to the trade through a film, and finish with a tasting of our products. 12:00 pm: lunch in a restaurant according to the chosen menu. 2:00 pm: guided tour of the La Rochoise brewery. The brewers and their team welcome you to the brewery to discover their 100% organic beers brewed according to their own recipes: blond, white, red, brown, seasonal beers, special beers and much more! You'll be taken on a tour of the facilities, with commentary by the brewer, followed by a tour of the beer-making process, from raw materials to marketing, and finally an introduction to tasting La Rochoise beers. 4:00 pm: guided tour of the medieval town of La Roche-sur-Foron with our Savoie Mont-Blanc Heritage Guide.
