10:30 am: Guided tour and tasting at the Les Cols Rouges jam factory. Beautiful fresh, local fruit, a touch of sugar, and an old-fashioned technique, just like our grandmothers used to make, all entirely by hand. All prepared with love: that's the recipe for Les Cols Rouges jams, compotes, and coulis. 12:00 pm: lunch in a restaurant according to your chosen menu. 2:30pm: guided tour of the medieval town of La Roche-sur-Foron with our Savoie Mont-Blanc Heritage Guide.
