Fun and sensory workshops about food: every Tuesday • 10:00-11:00 AM • MJC Center Social La Roche-sur-Foron. These workshops invite parents and young children to explore the world of food through play, sensory experiences, and hands-on activities, led by Natacha Lemaitre, a dietician and nutritionist. For children aged 0 to 4 and their parents. Cost: €2 per family per workshop. Registration required: MJC Center Social La Roche-sur-Foron reception desk. Participation in 1 or all 5 workshops is possible. Parents' Coffee Morning: Thursday, March 19 • 8:30-10:00 AM • René Decarroux School. A discussion led by a psychologist from the School for Parents and Educators on the theme "Being a parent in France: sharing experiences of parenthood when you come from elsewhere." Open to all parents; children welcome. Wellness Break: Saturday, March 28 • 3-5 pm • MJC CS La Roche-sur-Foron. A moment of well-being for parents of young children, with childcare provided, to relax in complete serenity. For parents of children under 6 years old. Free.
