Happy Age Club
An association of seniors whose goal is to promote activities aimed at "breaking loneliness" and preserving autonomy.
The activities offered include: - Fun and social activities: annual lottery, Epiphany celebration, bimonthly tourist and gastronomic outings. - Cognitive stimulation (weekly workshops): card games, Scrabble, creative arts, gentle exercise and balance training, digital literacy (discovery, learning, improvement) for PCs, smartphones, and tablets.
