We're committed to offering you the very best for these stays: you'll be supervised, in small groups, by qualified professionals (yoga and pilates teachers, mid-mountain guides, trail specialists, ski instructor) and you'll be able to benefit from all our expertise in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere where exchanges will be at the heart of these stays. You can also join us for group classes in the Pays Rochois: - Yoga Vinyasa, Tanya Yoga. Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic, athletic form of yoga based on the union of breath and movement in linked sequences of postures (asanas). Vinyasa Yoga classes Monday mornings and noon in Amancy, Tuesday evenings in Orange and Thursday evenings in Amancy. Based on breathing, Pilates is a deep-muscle strengthening method which, through practice, improves the strength of the "center" (abdominal girdle) and enables you to explore the power of the "body-mind" entity (bringing awareness to your body and its workings, for harmonious body development). I'm passionate about the biomechanics of the human body and how it functions as a whole, both physically and psychologically, and this is the way I'd like to teach you this method: a global approach to the body in order to develop it harmoniously and seek total coordination of body, mind and spirit.
