400 members. In existence since the 1980s. Federation: FFKMDA. Classes for 4/7 year-olds, 7/12 year-olds, 12/18 year-olds and adults. 14 volunteer instructors. Class times: - Monday: 7 p.m.-19:30 p.m. advanced teens/adults and competitors. - Tuesday: 20 p.m.-7 p.m. 7/12 years. 19 p.m.-19:30 p.m. adults. - Wednesday: 5.30pm-6.30pm 20/12 years beginners. 19 p.m.-20:30 p.m. 12/18 years advanced and competitive. - Thursday: 18:15 p.m.-19:10 p.m. 4/19 years. 20:15 p.m.-19:30 p.m. cardio kick boxing (from 16 years old). 21:30 p.m.-18 p.m. muaythai. - Friday: 19 p.m.-18:30 p.m. 12/18 years and adult beginners.
