Ski-Club Nordique du Pays Rochois

Competition at all levels is the Ski-Club's primary activity, but the leisure section also enables adults to benefit from technical advice while sharing a moment of conviviality. The competition group is aimed at youngsters aged 11 and over, while the Foyer d'Orange introduces children aged 6 to 11 to the sport and competition. During the summer and autumn, different sports are practiced to develop the physical capacities of members. Running, roller-skiing, mountain walking and muscular strengthening are all part of the program, helping them to tackle the ski season with confidence. Ski training takes place mainly on the Plateau des Glières and in the Pays Rochois cross-country ski centers (Orange and La Chapelle-Rambaud).
