Cercle des Nageurs Rochois

The Cercle des Nageurs Rochois (CNR) is a sports association with 100 members aged 8 to 88, whose aim is to prepare swimmers for summer swimming competitions.

After traditional swimming lessons, it's the next logical step for young people wishing to share the pleasures and values of competitive swimming within a sports club approved as a French Swimming School. - A one-week course is organized during the spring vacations at the Centre Nautique Faucigny-Glières (Bonneville). - Training sessions traditionally take place in April at Bonneville and from early May to late September at La Roche-sur-Foron, with one session from October to the Christmas vacations at Bonneville. - Departmental and regional competitions take place from mid-June to mid-August. The summer season ends, for those selected, with the French regional cup on the last weekend of August. The CNR is also made up of adult swimmers who, in addition to loving to swim, are parents of swimmers and/or active volunteers within the Club. The CNR is also made up of volunteers, both parents and non-parents, who help out at organized events, time competitions and take part in the Spring training course... Everyone involved in the Cercle des Nageurs Rochois (CNR) shares the same values: - surpassing oneself, - respect, - team spirit, - sports and community involvement.
