Natural Reflexology
A reflexologist for 10 years, Léopoldine welcomes you to her practice in La Roche sur Foron for reflexology and seated shiatsu sessions. She is also director of the Réflexo Naturel training center, which provides training in well-being professions.
Reflexology is a manual relaxation technique that relieves tension and relaxes the whole body. Léopolodine offers foot, palm, back, facial and cranial reflexology, as well as light leg reflexology. Seated shiatsu is a relaxing and energizing acupressure technique for the back, shoulders, neck, head, arms and hands.

Fee
- Details:
1-hour session: €60 (foot, back, face/cranial reflexology). 45-minute session: €45 (seasonal reflexology). 30-minute session: €30 (hand or leg reflexology). 20-minute session: €20 (seated shiatsu).
Possibility of combined sessions: 1 hour for €60 (choice of 2 techniques above) and 1 hour 30 minutes for €75 (choice of 2 to 3 techniques above).
