She also travels to companies, educational and health establishments, local authorities, associations and at home. She also offers outdoor sophrology.

- From 01/01 to 31/12 on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between 9 am and 7 pm. On Saturday between 9 am and 12 pm. On Monday and Wednesday between 9 am and 7.30 pm.

Individual sessions: First individual session (1 hour 15 minutes) including in-depth interview, goal setting and practical application: €70. Individual session (1 hour): €60. Package of 5 individual sessions (1 hour): €275.
Group sessions (1 hour 15 minutes): €18 *45 minutes during the lunch break. Quarterly package of 10 group sessions: €150. Annual package of 32 group sessions: €385.
Wellness & sophrology program, personal and professional stress management: for adults 10 individual sessions (1 hour): €550.
Thematic group workshops (1.5 to 4.5 hours): from €35 to €90.
Walks and sophrology: group walks (1h30): €18 adults, €12 children.
MBTI – THE MYERS-BRIGGS TYPE INDICATOR: Individual consultations. Initial introductory session (1.5 hours) with development guide: €250. Subsequent exploration and development sessions (1 hour) from level I to II: €150. MBTI® profile reports: from €50 to €120.
